We went to the ACCFB to bag apples. 13 of our allies (Emily, Jada, Macie, Raina, Jessica, Sammy, Jason, Petra, Devra, Iris, Chrissy, Alyssa and Sharleen) did a total of 36 hours. Along with other volunteers bagged 16,799. That’s over 32,000 meals just in time for thanksgiving.

Donating $370 to ACCFB
On 10/13 my family and I volunteered at ACCFB. Collectively, we bagged 7851 lb of pears, that’s 6516 meals. In addition, other volunteers bought 5 bracelets and we raised another $60. The $60 was matched by my parents and turned it into $120. In total we donated $370, that’s equivalent to $2,220 or 1,017 pounds of food and 832 meals to low income families!
Fundraiser for Alameda County Community Food Bank
On June 5th 2016, Kylie and I went to the Western Weekend Day Parade in Point Reyes California. Aside from taking in the amazing and hilarious entries, we sold 11 bracelets and made $83. We decided to donate all of the proceeds to the Alameda County Community Food Bank. After matching funds from our parents, we will donate $166.
